Do you offer returns?
Because our items are custom-made just for you, each order is crafted on demand to fulfill your unique purchase. Unfortunately, we can't process returns as each order is final and non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the USA, but are working to expand our international capabilities

Our orders are made on demand and custom to your order. Due to their custom nature, our shipping times are typically as follows:

What are the care instructions for blankets?
Fleece and Sherpa Blankets: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low heat
Signature Collection Blankets: Machine wash on a regular cycle with a mild detergent. Tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Can be dry cleaned.
What are the care instructions for pillowcases?
Signature Collection Velveteen pillowcases: Easy care, machine wash in cold water with a phosphate-free detergent, lay flat to dry, do not bleach, can also be dry cleaned
Signature Collection Cotten Canvas pillowcases: Easy care, machine wash in cold water with a phosphate-free detergent, lay flat to dry, do not bleach, can also be dry cleaned
All other Throw Pillowcases: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low heat
